According to the State Register of Treaties, the Republic of Moldova and the Slovak Republic have concluded 22 bilateral treaties/agreements, which regulate the following areas: development cooperation, international road transport of passengers and goods, trade and economic cooperation, avoidance of double taxation and prevention of tax evasion with regard to income and property taxes, cooperation and mutual assistance in the field of customs, cooperation in the fight against organized crime, legal assistance in civil, family and criminal matters, promotion and mutual protection of investments, etc.
